If you are unable to attend the meeting on Tuesday, November 15th, but wish to vote on the new bylaws and board candidates, you may submit a proxy vote using the form below.
A proxy ballot will need to be filled out, signed, and dated by the member who can’t attend the meeting. Each proxy ballot needs to be submitted by a member who does attend the meeting. Attending members can submit at most one proxy ballot each.
President Gail Boyarsky, Vice President Alison Windram and At-Large Board Members Steve Herman and Ed Tostanoski have one year remaining on their two-year terms.
The following candidates have agreed to run for the following positions:
