The NHIA manages the Community Center located adjacent to the fire station at 4014 Whitfield Rd in Chapel Hill, NC. To inquire about renting the center, contact us at nhiarental@gmail.com.

Effective 1/1/22, you must be a NHIA member and must give at least 30 days notice to rent the community center.
Meeting Room (35′ x 40′)
The handicap-accessible meeting room offers 1400 sq ft of climate-controlled space for events. Included in the rental are nine 8’ tables and seven 6’ tables with more than 75 chairs.
Kitchen Area
The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, 3 stoves, 2 sinks, and a 25-ft serving station for hot and cold dishes. Assorted pots, coffee urns, and cooking utensils are available for use.
Parking
There is plenty of parking for your guests, including handicap-accessible spaces.
